This 12 level office tower is located in central Wellington and incorporates a two level retail arcade. Designed by Sir Miles Warren, a leading NZ architect, it was completed in 1984. Situated on the Stewart Dawson's corner site, the building enjoys plenty of natural light and has impressive views to the harbour from the upper levels.
