James (Jim) Sherwin, CA - Chairman

Jim is a chartered accountant and the former managing partner of Sherwin Chan & Walshe, a Wellington-based accounting firm which he established in 1984. Jim is a Trustee of Expressions Art and Entertainment Trust, Chairman of Nees Hardware (Mitre 10 Mega) and Building Supplies Limited, a director of Cuthbert Stewart Limited and past Chairman of Te Omanga Hospice and past Director and Chairman of St Laurence Limited (in receivership). He is also a member of the Institute of Directors, and acts as a strategic adviser to the motor industry and retailing sector. Previously Jim acted as adviser to a major property syndicator.

John Crone, BA, BCom - General Manager

John has extensive managerial experience gained whilst working in the distribution sector in both New Zealand and Australia. He has been with St Laurence since 1996 and was previously CEO St Laurence Asset Management, responsible for managing over $700 million of properties in the wider St Laurence property portfolio.

Kevin Podmore, BA, BCom - Director

Kevin is the Managing Director of St Laurence Funds Management Limited. Kevin has been the driver behind the establishment and growth of that company. Prior to establishing St Laurence Kevin was a principal of McKenzie Podmore, an economic consulting firm, with clients including NZ Treasury and Fletcher Challenge Limited. Kevin also has experience as a lending analyst, and consulted on a range of financial and economic issues.

Andrew Walker, MA (Hons), MBA - Director

Andrew is a company turnaround advisor and investment banker. He has held a number of executive positions in the finance and corporate sectors in New Zealand and internationally. Andrew gained an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business in the United States and is a member of the Institute of Directors. He is Chairman of Eyede NZ General Partner Limited and VnC Cocktails Limited and is a Director of Irongate Property Limited along with a number of private company directorships.

Brian Kreft Independent Director

Brian is a Christchurch-based investment banker. He is Chairman of Generation Holdings Limited and its associate company, Generation Land Limited, Les Mills International Limited and certain of its subsidiary and associate companies, KSL Financial Limited, New Zealand Exchange Market participant, Hamilton Hindin Greene Limited, and Mascot Finance Limited (in receivership). Brian has been extensively involved in structuring company listings on the NZSX and NZAX, the raising of capital and provision of advice on merger and acquisitions and corporate restructuring. He is a former Deputy Chairman of the Market Surveillance Panel of the former New Zealand Stock Exchange.

Kerry Hitchcock, BCom, LLB - Independent Director

Kerry joined the Board in August 2009. Kerry is an experienced development and investment specialist having been involved in various aspects of the property sector since 1983. He is currently a shareholder and Director of Charta Limited, a company specialising in design/build projects, and holds directorships in Port Marlborough New Zealand Limited and its subsidiaries. Kerry is also an Associate of the Real Estate Institute of NZ (AREINZ) and a member of the Institute of Directors.
