The prime objectives of the Trust are to provide:
- income distributions offering stable and attractive yields to unitholders.
- long term appreciation in the value of units, reflecting growth from any increase in value of the underlying portfolio.

The Trust’s investment policy is to own a diversified portfolio of quality investment properties or other property interests:
- where the income stream is generally of high quality providing a stable source of revenue;
- where the properties are well located with an acceptable quality of tenants and have appropriate lease terms;
- that may have the potential for value to be added by way of refurbishment, redevelopment or other improvements,
provided that the Trust will not undertake developments which will add an element of significant risk and/or cost to the portfolio.
